My personal childhood web could possibly go on for quite some time however there are 5 individuals whom I hold near and dear to my heart. ...
I love how well your evaluators know you and can pinpoint your ways. it is crazy as educators we all seem to have the same anxiety yet we communicate very well on a daily basis rather it be with children, coworkers, families or on a personal level. I like that all of you were so close in matching each other.
ReplyDeleteI also had my husband fill out the evaluation. We've been together for 20 years. I was happy with the results of the evaluations he completed because it shows that I am respectful and people-oriented as well. However, I did find that the perception of myself and people's perceptions of me are very different. I also have to shout out Marie's comment about anxiety - it is bizarre that we have the same anxiety levels, but communicate with a lot of people daily. Where do you think that comes from?
ReplyDeleteMy apologies for the late reply but I feel that it comes from our own desire to do well and the pressure that we place on ourselves. we have high expectations and personally I do not want to fail.
