ReplyDeleteI appreciate you mentioning that collaboration skills are needed for the positions you are interested in. I think sometimes leaderships skills, communication, collaboration, teamwork, etc. get left out of job descriptions because people assume others know that it comes with the job; however, in my experience, I have seen people really struggle with those skills. There needs to be more training available for people to practice and enhance their "people" skills.
I couldn't agree with you more Nicole. These are also professional qualities that are honestly just as important as "years of experience" or "educational experience".
